praying hands Hospitalization is a challenging experience for many people — one that generates emotions ranging from fear and loneliness to relief and joy. You may find yourself struggling with questions that seem to have unclear answers. You may even want someone who can walk through the hospitalization process with you. Whatever your needs are, Wishard’s Spiritual Care staff and volunteers are here for you.

Our Chaplains can provide you with spiritual support or can help you contact your own faith community. A Chaplain is on call at all times. Please call the hospital operator to have the on-duty Chaplain paged.

Chaplaincy services are offered 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
