Welcome to MyWishard
MyWishard is a secure, online program that established patients of Wishard Health Services can use to manage their health information from the privacy of their own home at any time, day or night. The MyWishard program is powered by an online service provided by RelayHealth. To communicate with your doctor's office online, all you need is a personal email address,
computer and Internet connection. There's no charge, and your privacy will always be protected.
What Health Care Services Can I Access Online?
Available services are listed below. Once you select the type of message you’d like to send, you simply compose the message and send it to your provider's office via RelayHealth.
| Request Medication Refills |
Request a prescription renewal when you need additional refills for a prescribed medication. Once we approve your request, we can electronically route it to your pharmacy to refill. |

Request an appointment with your doctor via RelayHealth secure messaging. Use this convenient feature to avoid playing phone tag with your provider's office to secure a non-urgent appointment. |
| Request a Lab or Test Result |
Ask your provider to forward you information about recent lab results or diagnostic tests to you electronically. |
| Send a Note To Your Doctor’s Office |
Use this feature to ask non-urgent questions of your doctor or his/her staff.

Urgent Medical Matters
MyWishard is not for use in communicating with your doctor regarding urgent, health-related problems. For urgent medical matters, please contact your doctor’s office by phone. In emergency situations, call 911.
