Wishard Special Medicine Clinic offers access to medical specialty care physicians. Patients are seen by licensed physicians in fellowship training who practice a medical specialty under the supervision of Indiana University School of Medicine faculty members, and in some instances, by a specialty trained nurse practitioner. The medical specialist partners with the patient’s primary care physician to diagnose and manage complex or chronic health care needs.
Special Medicine Clinic appointments are made on a referral basis.
