Megan Betz
Senior Connection Program Supervisor
Megan has worked in Senior Connection, Senior Care's healthy living program at Wishard for 7 years. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Ball State University in 2002. Megan works with community outreach and development for Senior Care services. She is a resource and advocate for all Wishard patients 55 and older.
Donita M. Schultz
Program Coordinator
Donita Schultz has worked for IU Geriatrics since 2006. She has been the Program Coordinator for Senior Connection, Senior Care’s healthy living program, since August of 2008. She is the friendly live voice that you will find when calling about any of our programs. She is a resource and advocate for all Wishard patients 55 and older.

Program and Patient Advocate
Selina Gibson has worked for Wishard since 2008. She has been with Senior Connection, Senior Care’s healthy living program, since November 2009 as the Program Patient Advocate. She is the friendly live voice that you will find when calling about any of our programs.

Brenda Hankee, LPN
Primary Care Staff Nurse
Brenda joined the IU Center for Senior Health at Wishard in 2007. Previously, she was an elementary school teacher for third grade students, a nurse in a doctor's office and a nurse for Wishard. She has devoted much of her career to the caring of geriatric patients as a physical therapy nurse. Some of her duties include medication reconciliation and patient education.
Patty Lebo, LPN
Triage Nurse
Patty Lebo has been with Wishard for four years. She is responsible for triage calls in both the IU Center for Senior Health and House Calls for Seniors, as well as coordinating prescriptions for patients.
Steve Lind, MS, LCSW
Social Worker
Having worked in mental health for several years with older adults and extended care facility residents, Steve joined the IU Center for Senior Health in 1999. He is a 1982 graduate of Butler University with a degree in community counseling in which he focused on the needs of older adults and families. He works as part of the geriatric consult team and provides social work coverage to primary care patients. Steve is a longstanding member of the American Society on Aging and an associate member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Shari Zee, RN
Lead Staff Nurse
A nurse at Wishard for 35 years, Shari Zee is currently the Lead Staff Nurse for Senior Care. She also has worked as a nursing manager of in-patient medicine units, in all areas of Senior Care, and as a triage nurse in Health Connection.
Jessica Lindsay, MSW. LCSW
Social Worker
Jessica worked at CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions several years with older adults; she joined the IU Center for Senior Health in June of 2010. She graduated from Purdue University with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Sociology in 2003 and earned a Master's of Social Work Degree from the IU School of Social Work in 2005. She works as part of the geriatric consult team and provides social work coverage to primary care patients. She serves as a field instructor for the IU School of Social Work, hosting graduate students who desire to pursue an interest in working with older adults.
Healthy Aging Brain Center (HABC)
Cathy Alder, MSW, LSW
Care Coordinator; Research Coordinator
Cathy is a 1996 graduate of the Indiana University School of Social Work and has worked for 13 years in a geriatric memory care setting. She joined the IU Center for Senior Health at Wishard in December of 2007 and serves as both care coordinator and research coordinator for the Healthy Aging Brain Center.
Lisa Hovious, RN
HABC Care Coordinator
Lisa graduated from Marian College (now Marian University) Nursing School and began her career at Wishard in the emergency room in 1974. She continued to build her career in critical care until 1986 when she became a nurse at the Wishard General Medicine Clinic. As a team nurse at Wishard Medicine Clinic, she became interested in geriatrics and helped start The Older Adult Center. Lisa transferred to the IU Center for Senior Health as a primary care nurse when it opened in 1998. She has served as a triage nurse and geriatric consult clinic nurse in the center as well. In January 2008, Lisa became a dementia care coordinator with the Healthy Aging Brain Center. She is a member of America Geriatric Society and Indianapolis Discovery Network for Dementia and has received the Tony and Mary Hulman Health Achievement Award for her contributions to geriatrics.
House Calls for Seniors
Lisa A. Hoffman, MSW, LCSW
Social Worker
Lisa Hoffman has worked in the House Calls for Seniors Program since March 2003. She graduated from the IU School of Social Work with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 1988 and a Master of Social Work Degree in 1992. Lisa's career in geriatrics began at the Roudebush VA Medical Center in August 1992. She serves as a field instructor for the IU School of Social Work, hosting graduate students who desire to pursue an interest in working with older adults.
Laura Beth McCaslin, MSW
Social Worker
Having a love for the older adult population, Laura Beth joined Senior Care in 2009 with prior experience with CICOA Aging and In-Home Solutions. She graduated from IU with her Bachelor's of Social Work Degree in 2008 and a Master's of Social Work Degree in 2009. She works as part of the geriatric consult team and as part of several primary care clinics.
Dianne Modleski, RN, MSN, ANP, BC
Nurse Practitioner
Dianne Modleski joined Senior Care at Wishard in 2006. She is a 2000 graduate of State University of New York-Syracuse with a master’s degree in nursing, specializing in adults and geriatrics. She is a board certified nurse practitioner who is dedicated to, and has provided primary care to, homebound seniors since 2000.

Jenny Grover, MSW
Social Worker
Jenny Grover joined the Senior Care team at Wishard in June 2009. She graduated from Indiana University in 1996 with a master’s degree in social work and has worked in various fields in the healthcare industry since. Before joining Senior Care at Wishard, Jenny worked at the IU Acute Rehab Center at Wishard, allowing her the opportunity to gain valuable experience with the underserved. Jenny works part time with the GRACE/Bridge program.
Kimberely A. Contreraz, RN MSN, FNP
Kim Contreraz is a board certified nurse practitioner and has worked with Senior Care since 2011. She is currently working with the GRACE team for elders. Kim is a graduate of Ball State University School of Nursing with a bachelor's degree in 2002 and a master's degree in 2010. Her experience involves long term care of elderly patients for the last 8 years.
Dana Cochran-Wiley, MSW / LSW
Social Worker
Dana has been with Senior Care since April of 2010. She graduated from the University of Utah in 1987 with a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Geriatric Certificate through the College of Nursing. Her medical background includes Caregiver Stress Research, Acute Hospital and Rehabilitation Discharge Planning, and Home Health Care. Dana works for the Grace/Bridge Program, empowering elders as they navigate through health and social services.
Lisa K. Bunch, RN, MSN, ANP-C
Lisa Bunch joined the GRACE team at Wishard Senior Care in November 2010. She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing at IUPUI, with a master’s degree in Nursing in 2010. She is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, with 25 years of nursing experience, involving the care of elderly patients in the hospital and home setting. She works with an interdisciplinary team to provide in-home geriatric assessment and care management in collaboration with the primary care physician.
Extended Care
Karin Comastri, ARNP, CS
Nurse Practitioner
Karin Comastri is a certified nurse practitioner and has worked with Senior Care at Wishard since 1997. She is a member of the Extended Care program which provides care to patients in healthcare facilities. She also manages the care of patients undergoing short-term rehabilitation following a hospital stay with the help of a geriatrician, and patients who are long-term care residents in nursing facilities.
Jeanette Jefferis, RN, FNP
Jeanette Jefferis is a certified nurse practitioner. She has been with Senior Care since 1996. She works in nursing and rehab centers providing care for short and long term stay patients with geriatricians. She also works in one of Wishard's community health centers managing adult, mostly senior, patients with acute and chronic health problems.
Acute Care for Elders Unit
Noll Campbell, PharmD, FASCP, BCPP, CGP
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Geriatrics
Dr. Campbell joined the Wishard team in 2004 and offers medication management services to both the in-patient Acute Care for Elders (ACE) team and the out-patient IU Center for Senior Health. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in 2002, completed a residency in general practice at St. Vincent hospital in 2003 and a residency in geriatric specialty at the University of North Carolina in 2004. He is certified in geriatrics and psychiatry, and is actively involved with aging brain research.
Cathy Gray, RN
Case Manager
Cathy Gray joined the Wishard family in 2002. In 2008, she became part of the multidisciplinary Acute Care for Elders’ team. With a nursing background in many disciplines, she combines patient education with hands-on patient care. As a full-time case manager, Cathy coordinates the safe and timely discharge of Acute Care for Elders’ patients.
Mary E. Lerzak, RNCS, WCC
Nurse Practitioner
Mary Lerzak joined Senior Care at Wishard in 2005. Currently, she is the nurse practitioner working with the Acute Care for Elders team which is the in-patient geriatric consult service within Wishard. Mary is a graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1991 and a master’s degree in nursing in 1996. She is board certified as a nurse practitioner and is also a certified wound-care specialist. Her experience involves the care of elderly patients in clinical, long-term care and hospital settings over the past 18 years.
Charles A. Light, MSW, LCSW,LMFT,DCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Geriatrics
Charles A. Light joined Wishard Health Services ACE Team in March 2008. He is a 1982 graduate of the IU School of Social Work. He has a rich clinical background in psychiatric and medical social work as well as education as a teacher/administrator. Since the mid-1990s, he has devoted his career to geriatric services. He is a member of the interdisciplinary ACE Team and, as team social worker, works with the team to identify, manage and evaluate outcomes of patient/family medical and psychosocial problems as well as advocate for patient/family in resolving problems.
