Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation Services provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services for both inpatients and outpatients. Our outpatient department is located on the fourth floor of the East Building.

Directions from the 10^th Street Entrance:

• Enter Wishard through the automatic glass doors west of the Outpatient Surgery Parking Lot.
• Go straight past the Outpatient Surgery Center to the end of the hall.
• Turn left and go straight until you come to the “T” elevators on your left.
• Take the “T” elevators to the fourth floor.
• The therapy reception desk will be left off the elevators.

Directions from the Wishard Parking Garage:

• Enter Wishard Hospital at the Main Entrance (Between the ER and the PCC Buildings).
• Go straight past the reception desk to the end of the hall. The hall will turn left and then right (Disregard the “W” Elevators on your left).
• Go straight past Same Day Services and Admitting to the end of the hall.
• Turn right and go straight until you come to the “T” elevators on your left.
• Take the “T” elevators to the fourth floor.
• The therapy reception desk will be left off the elevators.

Rehabilitation Services is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you would like to make an appointment, please call 630.7212.  If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 630.7211.

What you will need to make an appointment with a therapist?

• You will need to have the doctor’s order for therapy with you when you call to schedule.
