Community Health Centers
Wishard has established a primary care network consisting of its Primary Care Center on the Wishard campus and nine community health centers conveniently located throughout Indianapolis. Physicians at Wishard health centers are faculty physicians of the IU School of Medicine.
The health centers provide a variety of services including:
- Primary care for adults and children
- Physical exams
- Prenatal care
- Pregnancy testing
- WIC (Women, Infant and Children) services
- Family planning services
- Social services
- Nutritional counseling
- Lab testing
- Immunizations
- Mental health services (select locations)
- Dental services (select locations - provided by IU School of Dentistry and Marion County Health Department)
