Free Seminar on Weight Loss Surgery, Evansville

The IU Surgical Weight Management Center at Wishard presents the Key Program, a 3 1/2-hour educational seminar covering requirements to be a candidate for bariatric surgery, surgical procedures, the hospital stay, risks and benefits of surgery, postoperative diet, lifestyle changes, and insurance issues. Participants will also have an opportunity to meet the IU Surgical Weight Management Center surgeons, nurses and dietitians.

The Evansville Key Program begins at 1:00 p.m. (local time) at the Casino Aztar, 421 North West Riverside Drive. Space is limited so be sure to register before attending. Participants are welcome to bring family members and friends.
